Payment Terms
Orders may be placed verbally by telephone or in writing by fax or by email. All orders are acknowledged in writing.
Unless a credit account has been agreed in advance 25% of the goods value is required as deposit at the time of placing an order. Balance payments MUST be paid either on delivery by Bankers Draft, Cash or Credit*/Debit Card or in advance by electronic bank transfer (options are CHAPS which takes 1 working day or BACS which takes 3 working days). You may also pay by cheque which needs to be with us 7 days prior to delivery. *Credit Card payments incur an additional cost of 3%. There is no charge for payments made by Debit Cards.

Delivery Terms & Times

Our delivery time is typically 4 weeks from receipt of a deposited order (or purchase order if credit terms have been agreed). All Orders are acknowledged in writing stating an ESTIMATED DELIVERY WEEK COMMENCING. A minimum of 24 hours notice will be given prior to delivery.
We endeavour to deliver within office hours but this may not always be possible and we ask for flexibility if you wish to take advantage of our delivery service. DELIVERY IS FREE TO MOST DESTINATIONS IN THE UK MAINLAND WHERE THE GOODS TOTAL EXCEEDS £2000

EXPORT: All export orders are priced Ex Works. We are happy to quote FOB and CIF - please ask for a quotation.
Upholstery Fabrics
All our fabric is contract quality and meets CRIB SOURCE 5 (Fire retardancy). We can also use fabric supplied or specified by the customer however in these cases it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the fabrics' suitability for use.
