Q- Do you manufacture your products or import them?
A- All our banqueting and conference furniture is made by us in the UK in it's entirety and you can see it being
done by arranging a factory visit with our sales team.
Q- We have seen the same chairs on other websites cheaper than models you show on your site...
A- We are confident that no other UK manufacturer or importer is offering 'like for like' products at
better prices than we offer.
Q- Why should we purchase your chairs?
A - You will be purchasing products that are made to meet BS4875 strength and stability test and that meet all UK
(and if requested EU fire regulations) All this can be confirmed with documentation from FIRA or SATRA.
Q- Is your product guaranteed?
A- Our products carry a 12 month guarantee and an additional 5 year conditional structural guarantee
(5 year guarantee limited to products made-in house). Manufacturers guarantee applies to other items.
Q- The fabrics you show on this site are not what we are looking for, can we have a different fabric?
A - Yes ! We can show you over 1,000 fabric designs and patterns or you can specify or even supply your own.
Q- The frame finishes on your site are not what we are looking for, can we have a different finish?
A- As the chairs are made and finished by us you can, within reason, have any standard BS or RAL colour.
Q- I have seen reference to 18swg steel on other websites, what is this?
A- SWG is an imperial measurement to measure thickness. The 18swg refers to how thick the wall of the
tube on the chair is, 18swg is approximately 1.2 mm, we only use 16 swg (1.6mm) on chairs that are
made using 20 x 20mm steel.
Q- Do you hold the chairs in stock?
A- No we don’t. The combinations of models, fabrics & frame finishes would make it nearly impossible
to have all combinations in stock. We manufacture to order, to your specification and a typical turn around
is 4 weeks. However if you need furniture quicker do ask as we have in the past made over 1,000
chairs and delivered them within 8 days of the order being placed ! Being a manufacturer gives us flexibility
to meet your needs quickly and on budget every time.
